2NDGenesis or “Second Genesis” stands for new beginnings.  The word Genesis means “the origin or mode of formation of something…”. 

It also refers to: development, invention and creation.

 ‘Second’ or 2nd literally means “…coming after the first time or order”

Second Genesis is therefore “a second beginning, or a new beginning .

It speaks of transformation and revitalisation of the old, from what was, to  the new and improved. The promise of potent potential.

The name and meaning of 2nd Genesis however, was inspired by the biblical book of Genesis chapter 2.

 Genesis chapter 2 is the account of creation and Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden. Eden was a perfect place, flourishing with life, peace and vitality; a place of perfect order, unpolluted nature and uncorrputed moral beings enjoying the abundance and blessing of God’s creation.
